What Happens During a Seasonal Tune-Up
Our Preventive Maintenance Agreement includes two comprehensive service visits every year: one in spring before cooling season hits, and another in fall before heating season starts. These aren’t quick drive-by inspections. We’re checking, testing, cleaning, and calibrating your entire system to catch problems before they leave you uncomfortable.
During each visit, we typically handle things like checking refrigerant levels, testing electrical components such as capacitors and contactors, and inspecting and cleaning both the condenser and evaporator coils. We clear and flush the condensate drain (which can cause water damage if it backs up), replace or clean air filters, and test your thermostat to make sure it’s reading and responding correctly.
We also inspect fan motors and blades, verify proper airflow throughout your system, and measure temperature differentials to confirm everything’s working efficiently. If your particular system has manufacturer-specific requirements, we cover those too.
The exact checklist varies depending on what you’ve got installed. We’re not running through a generic script—we’re maintaining your equipment the way it needs to be maintained.
