Our air conditioner broke and they were here in a hurry! It was after 6pm, during the week, they didn’t even care. We called and they said we’re on our way. They were quick, friendly, and even cleaned up after themselves (not that they made a very big mess at all) and they were nice to talk to as well. And most of all….THEY DIDNT CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG!! Thank you very much ❤️
These guys are honest and helpful. They have helped me pay nothing or very little when possible. I have an old house with an old unit. They have worked on the AC unit very affordably. They have done troubleshooting over the phone to save me money when the heater acted up, rather than taking advantage of the fact that I don’t know what I was doing. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know.
It was 8 pm & it was 80° in my house. I am SO very thankful for Shane Long & Air Pro! Chance was on-call & he came right away! He had my unit blowing cold air within 30 mins! Every tech is knowledgeable, professional & kind. Inola is blessed to have Air Pro right here in our little town!

Let’s be Honest, these guys were ON TIME, CLEAN, and Know Their Stuff. Shane has always been straight forward and doesn’t talk over your head. During my service Hunter was smart and Professional! I would recommend these guys to work on my Church, and you know that is a TOUGH CROWD, can I get an Amen. No big fancy truck or creepy twins that I don’t know. The only root they will give you is the root to your problem. Well Done Guys, Stay on Your A Game! Highly Recommend!!!!
Called Shane after our regular guy didn’t get back with us. He came by a hour or so later, quickly found and fixed the problem and his price was very reasonable! Looks like we have a new regular guy!
