Great company!

Bad weather on the way . Called around 3pm for a appointment They got us scheduled for the very next day . Showed up early. Both the guys were nice and polite. Did their job and got us going . Actually Couldn’t ask for more . Hunter and Fisher were the technicians, thank you .

This company was recommended by my boss and I am so happy that he did! I contacted Shane with Air Pro on Wednesday morning and they had someone out at the house in 30-45 minutes to give us a quote on replacement for our ac. When Hunter one of the crew members arrived he was very nice, professional and answered any questions I had, took pictures to send to his boss. With in the hour I had two quotes that were very reasonable. All I had to do was let them know by Thursday morning what we wanted to do and that they could make it out Friday morning.

I contacted Shane Thursday morning on my way to work to make sure they could still make Friday (today) and all he needed to do was check with the warehouse to make sure they had everything in stock for our job and they had everything. Friday morning (today) I got a courtesy call letting me know they were 15 minutes away. They got here and got started.

Needless to say I am very pleased with the work they did, their professionalism, timely manner and over all how nice they all were. I will recommend them to anyone having any heat/air issues. Plus they are dog friendly and loved on my two fur babies when they got here on both occasions.

Hunter has come out to help us with multiple issues. He is always very professional, timely, and helpful.

Shane and Dusty replaced our heat and air unit that was 15 years old. We are very pleased with the installation process, their professionalism, and knowledge of the product they installed. Overall, they did an awesome job! Their hats and tee shirts are really cool, too!

I honestly can’t remember if I reviewed airpro yet from back in March when they installed my new hvac system but here it goes. My aging 1980,s hvac wasn’t keeping up any more. 400 and 500 electric bills and the a/c struggling to keep the house cool. I finally got some window units 2-3 years ago which was better. But after fighting to keep the heater going this last winter I called AirPro to fix it. They arrived in less than hour(on the the coldest day and all the roads frozen and got it running. I asked to get me a quote for a new HVAC and they called me back and quoted the $6450 price. I was expecting 10k to 11k. Set up the install for March and the day of install they showed up on time at 8am and had the full install done by 1pm. Great job with the install. Which included a concrete slab for the condenser unit(outside) heater worked perfectly and now that it is hot out I,m glad to say the A/C side is cooling the house with ease. Its not running continuously like the old one and is quite comfortable in my house now( actually turned the temp up a little because its too cool) I should have had this done a long time ago. If you are on the fence about getting it done, trust me, get the quote. You’ll be glad you did. Oh yeah my electrical bill has gone down also from about $300 to $160/$170.

Words are not enough to express how thankful we are for the amazing service that was provided. Called Shane about my 93yr old grandma’s AC not working correctly. With in a hr or so he had Jade at her front door. He serviced and fixed what was needed. He was very efficient and explained what he did very well. We appreciate you guys. Highly recommended..
