Our heat quit working and we were looking at a high in the 20’s for the next few days. Airpro was quick to respond and got us going again for a very reasonable price. They had to come out on a Saturday. Hunter was so nice and helpful and also provided tips on how to maintain our unit better. We look forward to using Airpro for our bi-yearly maintenance going forward.

I felt so bad for Shane working quickly and diligently to get our ac fan replaced in our miserably hot attic. He was extremely kind, professional and easy to communicate with. We had these guys do some air conditioning work for us recently and honestly can’t say enough nice things about them. They dig deeper into areas, that require getting into a hot attic and checking all our duct work, checking all the return air vents along with complete service on our ac units. Our two ac units are performing better now than they ever have. Also completely disassembled our mini-Split unit for the only complete and thorough service it’s ever had. It also runs more efficiently and cooler than it ever has. They are very professional and nice young men. Shane’s the best and we highly recommend his company for your heating and air conditioning work.

Let’s be Honest, these guys were ON TIME, CLEAN, and Know Their Stuff. Shane has always been straight forward and doesn’t talk over your head. During my service Hunter was smart and Professional! I would recommend these guys to work on my Church, and you know that is a TOUGH CROWD, can I get an Amen. No big fancy truck or creepy twins that I don’t know. The only root they will give you is the root to your problem. Well Done Guys, Stay on Your A Game! Highly Recommend!!!!

This company was recommended by my boss and I am so happy that he did! I contacted Shane with Air Pro on Wednesday morning and they had someone out at the house in 30-45 minutes to give us a quote on replacement for our ac. When Hunter one of the crew members arrived he was very nice, professional and answered any questions I had, took pictures to send to his boss. With in the hour I had two quotes that were very reasonable. All I had to do was let them know by Thursday morning what we wanted to do and that they could make it out Friday morning.

I contacted Shane Thursday morning on my way to work to make sure they could still make Friday (today) and all he needed to do was check with the warehouse to make sure they had everything in stock for our job and they had everything. Friday morning (today) I got a courtesy call letting me know they were 15 minutes away. They got here and got started.

Needless to say I am very pleased with the work they did, their professionalism, timely manner and over all how nice they all were. I will recommend them to anyone having any heat/air issues. Plus they are dog friendly and loved on my two fur babies when they got here on both occasions.
